Privacy Policy

We collect only the data needed to operate the public MVP responsibly: account access details, synced progress, bookmark data, and information you intentionally submit through contact or newsletter forms.

We do not sell personal data. We use account and activity data only to support sign-in, restore study progress, sync bookmarks across devices, and respond to support requests.

Analytics

We use Clicky, a GDPR-compliant privacy analytics provider, to understand which positions, games, and collections are being studied. Clicky is configured in line with GDPR requirements: it does not place advertising cookies, it does not build advertising profiles, and it does not share data with third-party ad networks.

The data Clicky collects is limited to anonymized page views and basic traffic metadata (referrer, country, device class, and browser type). We do not enable Clicky's session recording, heatmap, or custom-tracking features, and we do not send personally identifiable information to Clicky.

Tracking requests are served from our own domain through an nginx reverse proxy, so the analytics script and beacons are first-party from your browser's perspective. This is a technical configuration choice to improve reliability; it does not change the data we collect.

You can opt out at any time by enabling “Do Not Track” in your browser, by using an ad-blocker that blocks the static.getclicky.comscript, or by using your browser's built-in tracking protections. Clicky honors the Do Not Track signal and will not record visits from browsers that send it.
